A fan of four cards is shown. The cards alternate in color - black,red,black,red. The magician closes up the fan of cards and places them on the spectator's palm. The magician waves his hand over the face down cards and then picks up the cards and shows the spectator that the cards have magically paired up - black,black - red, red even though the cards are firmly fastened together with a split pin!
